Returns & Complaints

If you would like to return an item or report a defect, please register your request through our Return Management System.

Once your request has been submitted, you will receive further instructions regarding the return process.

Return conditions

Returns must be requested within 14 days after delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, including the original packaging and hangtag.

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products whose seal has been removed after delivery.

Our products are considered sealed by:

  • the closed original packaging (pergamin bag with first seal)

  • the attached original hangtag

If the seal is opened, removed or damaged, the right of withdrawal expires.

Return shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

  • If an item is defective or incorrect, the return will of course be handled accordingly.

Complaints

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please submit a complaint through the Return Management System. Additional information or photos may be requested to process your request.

Refunds

After the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds are processed within 14 days.
