Which sizes does HEDI VARY offer?

All garments are available in sizes S–XL. A detailed size chart is provided on each product page and in the Size Guide.

How do I determine my correct size?

Please refer to the Size Guide for exact measurements.

What if I am between two sizes?

If you are between sizes, your choice depends on the desired fit. For a more defined, closer silhouette, choose the smaller size. For slightly more ease and comfort, choose the larger size.

How do the garments fit?

HEDI VARY pieces are constructed with a precise, body-aware cut developed through tailoring principles. The fit is close to the form while maintaining comfort and structural balance.

How are the swimwear and underwear pieces cut?

The silhouette is subtly defined through construction — without padding or artificial shaping. Form follows cut.

Materials & Care

Which materials are used?

We work with OEKO-TEX® certified cotton, recycled polyester and selected EU-sourced deadstock fabrics. Material details are always specified on the individual product page.

Are all products OEKO-TEX® certified?

All cotton styles are certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. Certification details for other materials are listed where applicable.

How should I care for my garment?

Please follow the care instructions on the garment label and product page.

How can I extend the lifespan of my product?

Gentle washing cycles and avoiding tumble drying will help preserve fabric quality and colour while reducing environmental impact.

Orders & Shipping

Which payment methods are available?

Payments are processed via Shopify Payments (including credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay).

Where do you ship?

HEDI VARY currently ships exclusively within the European Union.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed transparently at checkout. Free shipping applies to orders above €250.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on destination within the EU. If a piece is produced upon demand (e.g. atelier pieces or limited constructions), delivery may require additional time. In such cases, you will be informed by email.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations are possible prior to shipment. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.

Returns & Exchanges

How do returns work?

Returns are possible within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with intact hangtags and unopened protective seals. Please refer to the 'Right of Withdrawal' section for full details.

Can underwear and swimwear be returned?

For hygiene reasons, returns are only accepted if the protective seal remains intact and the item is unworn.

Who covers return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange replacement or refund promptly.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Products & Availability

What does 'Limited Edition' mean?

Limited pieces are produced in strictly controlled quantities, defined by material availability.

Will limited styles be restocked?

No. Once a material is exhausted, the design is not reproduced.

Are all pieces permanently available?

No. Availability depends on material origin and production model. Some styles are produced in limited quantities, others are made upon demand in controlled batches.

New drops are announced via newsletter and Instagram.
